Admittedly, I pose this question without due dilligent research. However, with the Federal government cutting back on the SR&ED Tax Incentive Program, is there nothing at a provincial level governments can do to attempt to offset the losses?

I'll do further research and re-post my findings at a later date. I post this question because through the number of presentations held on this matter, noone has pointed out potential provincial aide.
