Learning how to manage risks in a growth environment

In today's international business climate, knowing how to grow and protect your international sales and free up your cash flow are critical elements in successfully expanding your operations. 

If you currently export, or are thinking about entering new international markets, pursuing new foreign customers or expanding your operations, do your due diligence and learn from the experts.

Export Development Canada (EDC) is offering a complimentary morning workshop for manufacturers and exporters on September 16, 2013 in Cambridge, Ontario for companies looking for more information, examples and best practices in this area.

Topics will include:
  1. Growth – Leaving your comfort zone (The need for growth: threat – being left on the sidelines; Key Sectors - growth patterns: South America, Asia, Africa)
  2. Risks – Eyes wide open (Moving beyond relationship sales; Credit management – back to basics “the six steps of credit management”)

From 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cambridge, Canadian companies currently exporting outside of Canada OR Canadian companies interested in developing or enhancing their international business are invited to join EDC and CME for this free workshop for CME members.
