Crime makes top-20 list

Maybe crime does pay.

A United Nations report says crime is in the top-20 world-wide, generating 3.6 per cent of the world's gross domestic product.

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime compiled the numbers for the first time on 2009 data. Because it's the inaugural run for the report, the UN says it doesn't have anything to compare the numbers with.
