U.S. state departments fo transportation to get help measuring carbon output

The U.S. federal government plans to help state departments of transportation measure their carbon footprint.

The Sept. 26 webinar will focus on GHG accounting fundamentals, identifying emission sources that the departments should be worried about and how they can complete their estimates.

The webinar will be moderated by John Zamurs, head of the New York Department of Transportation's Air Quality, Energy, and Climate Change Section. The presenters will be representatives from ICF International.
