US taking wrong track to manufacturing prosperity

The Huffington Post says US manufacturers can learn a lot from the Germans.

Rather than going head-to-head with countries that can make inexpensive goods cheaper than Americans can, US politicians should be focusing on trying to convince businesses that they're better of working with unions and adding value to existing items.
