Oil industry issues warning over Keystone XL

While they're not exactly threatening to turn off the taps if the White House doesn't approve Keystone XL,

Canadian oil companies say they will have several Plan Bs in place - including more shipments to other markets.

China and other Asian countries could be the big benefactor of any U.S. decision that prevents the Keystone XL pipeline from being built and carrying Alberta oil to refineries on Texas' Gulf of Mexico coast.
