Working
Guide: Best practices in employee attraction,
recruitment and retention in manufacturing

manufacturing sector is an important contributor to the
Nova Scotia
economy. Manufacturing jobs are high-quality jobs that
pay 22 per cent more than the average hourly wage. 95
per cent of manufacturing jobs are full-time. For this reason,
it is good policy to encourage continued growth in this
important sector.
